Extinction Core Dinos don't get detected by the mod for some reason. I am trying to find a way to detect more dinos automatically but it will take some time. In the mean time, I'm nearly ready to release an update which will allow you to enter dinos manually. Maybe 1 or 2 days away. Keep in mind this manual entry method is expeimental and may not work with every dino.

scratch that 1 or 2 days thing, the update is out now. It came together quicker than I expected

Sweet that works out just fine, if it helps the mod did at least see ec unicorns, alpha fire wyverns, and alpha megalodons.
