a config of what you are using would be helpful also if your doing a copy and paste then sometimes you can copy hidden spaces without knowing..

there's 1563 lines that are being copied over.

I've copied and pasted, didn't work. I've downloaded the file and then uploaded it, didn't work.

The name of the Pack.sav must be TCsAR_PackData.sav
and make sure you didn't configure a different location in your GameUserSettings.ini file under the [TCsAR] section.

if this problem persists, it might be that nitrado didn't copy the files into the ark server on startup.
maybe contact the nitrado support.

Yes I have done it in that folder multiple times but it reverts back every time.

Did you go into the menu where you can upload the packs and player data in game?

Have you tried making sure your custom TCsAR_PackData.sav is set to read only? Im actually looking into copying the same TC rewards across 7 maps for our cluster. Would be nice to see some solutions!
