API KEY QUESTION!
Good afternoon
I am thinking about opening a server and I have a small doubt if it is necessary to pay the patreon to get the api working, but the real question is the following: is it really necessary to have the api for players to automatically receive points?

The API is a paid service to sync players and packs between servers.
It is not necessary to use it, except if you want to sync the data.
In future versions of TCsAR we hopefully can introduce cluster sync again (without hard lags).

As _Techniker_ stated, the API is not needed in order to make the mod work. The API only allows multiple servers to link together and share data (player profiles / packs)

All the info you need to get the mod set up the way you want is in the INI settings page.
