The what now ? where do i find that? i use ArkServers.io

On Arkservers.io its quite easy. Under SERVERS you click Manage and choose the SFTP tab.
All info and how to do it is explained there :)

Hello, i'm not using ArkServer.io, what files is it and where can i found it ?
There is plenty of .sav in a ark server
