not getting any arcs, send help
so I put this into my game ini:

ErrorLogLevel=error
TimeBasedIncome=True
LumpSumIncome=false
IncomeFrequency=0
DefaultIncomeAmount=0
StartingAmount=100
MaxARcAllowed=0
PlayedTimeBonus=True
BonusFrequency=900
BonusAmount=15
AllNewPlayersEligibleForBonus=True
VaultMaxItemSlots=300
DisableAddItemsToVault=false

as I want my players to gain 15 arcs every 15 minutes but nothing happens. neither do I get the starting amount nor any arcs over time. mod is the first in loading order. what am I doing wrong?
also I'm the only one online as this is just a test server for now. I'm not really sure but are admins supposed to get arcs at all? if not, this could be where I'm thinking wrong. thanks in advance!

@twhoward1984: Next time maybe post what you actually did so when next user comes to look for same solution, they dont have to create a new thread...

Also, the post on the 10th was on my way out the door, so maybe next time consider what the situaion is before making smartazz comments eh?
