I could definitely allow blueprints of structures, but it was intentional. If I allow blueprints of structures, the mod will also try to make blueprints for every other item including items that shouldn'thave blueprints like resources, artifacts, etc. So it was just a lot easier for me to disallow structure blueprints.

Tek structures are a different story, because they require bosses to be defeated for them to unlock, I would need to find a way to unlock them on characters via a pack purchase which is a lot trickier. I already have quite a lot on my plate at the moment, but I would like to re-explore this and see if I can get tek unlocking working in the future.
