Vault Dinos are not able to be leveled after transfer
Hello,

The dinos that are purchased through the vault work perfectly until you transfer them to a different server on the cluster. Once transferred, they will retain the same stats prior to the transfer, however, the dino will be seen as a level 1 and is not able to level any further. Any thoughts?

for the InI settings are more for the points and how they go out to the player.. once the dino hits the server it would go by server settings
