dud, i seriously can't fix this, I want caen as the capital to, but because how the game works it has to be cherbourg.

hell yeah!

If you want the great city of Caen as capital, you need to add it as a victory point in the Normandy state file, and give it more VP than Cherbourg, either by giving it more than 15 or by reducing Cherbourg

i know but i didnt realy want to modify the game to much

why? i mean, lets be honest, at this point this isn't compatible with most majors mod and Road to 56, you can do that with no problem
