It´s gonna be used on the fish
I imagine this war-paint as probably a commando grade or assasin grade. It´s themed, crazy without being too flashy and it´s funny in its own way. But the on purpose slimy disgusting aesthetics mean that it´s gonna be used by people with wacky/silly loadouts and it´ll probably be most used on the already slimy fish.
