Bug with isaac in the mirror

Hello guys.When I break the mirror to beat isaac, he crashes into a frame that makes him invulnerable and unbeatable (and so blocks me in that room). Does it only happen to me?

Same thing. I play with local co-op mod. Maybe this is the problem.

just got trapped in this room and cant get out

Saving and quitting and reloading in that room fixed it. (Yes, that did mean I had to fight him twice.) Unsure if it's random or always works, haven't tested it yet.
