Too many Air to Air missile
12 air to air missile is too much. I think it must be like 2-4. 12 is overpowered.

they can lock. they just can not lock f22 raptors. they can lock helicopters

It was fixed when I posted that the missiles were unable to lock.

I think damage should be increased too, needing to fire 5+ missiles to bring down a single plane is a bit much.
