Hey, I know it's kind of rude to reply to a discussion question after this long but I loaded up a new save after experiencing the same problem. While foraging seems to work with only Eerie Country, I'm not sure which mod might effect it. If you're still active maybe we can figure out which one is causing it?

this conversation is old af, but just so anyone in the future reads this, the problem is probably ForagingZ. His instructions for that mod are backwards (and he wouldn't listen, which is why he turned off comments over there). ForagingZ should be the absolute last mod you Enable, not the first. Enabling it before Eerie will cause it to lack foraging zones.
