As we can't play on this map anymore, i propose two solution concerning the achievement (not only for shorttrain, but others like aztec are concerned too):

1) remove the achievement
2) possibility to download the official map from the workshop, in order to get the achievement or play with friends

I would obviously prefer the second one, what do you think about it ?
