I think I've found the solution. When editing specific dinos settings, changing the "Bait Affinity Overrides" for that specific bait will change the number of baits/kibble needed to tame any given creature.

Hey. That'll affect it for every dino, so that might not be what you're looking for. You're best bet is to decrease the Feeding Affinity Multiplier and Activity Affinity Multiplier to 0.15 or so, for just the Stryder. That's the value that will get auto set for fresh installs of the mod going forwards.
