As it's a TC, it won't work straight out of the box. I've seen some streamers use both, so they can work together.

I do know you'll have to overwrite the bait crafting requirements via ini, as Prim + removes a lot of the vanilla ingredients.

As for getting all the engrams to show, you'll probs have to have a look online of through the forums. It's not something I've personally ever dealt with. I do know there was a mod that handled this, but I think it's been a while since it's been updated.
