IT wouldn't affect the torpor, but last I checked RS spawns dinos in dynamically, so IT doesn't have a reference to them to add to the journal for taming. You'll need to wait for IT to scan for them on its set interval, or if you're an admin, scan for new dinos via the journal.

There is a rare one showing up in the journal but it doesn't eat any of the baits we've tried. which are listed. And thay aren't taking torpor at all which is weird.
