Trouble redoing raw fish bait recipe using HG Stacking Mod 5000-90 V287.4
So we've had 3 baits that needed adjustment to work correctly. Two of the three were redone just fine (raw prime fish meat and raw mutton). For some reason the raw fish meat bait does not want to cooperate. I have the syntax and blueprint name (PrimalItemConsumable_RawMeat_Fish_Child is the name HG's mod uses). The final product looks like this:

ConfigOverrideItemCraftingCosts=(ItemClassString="PrimalItemConsumable_Bait_RawFishMeat_C",BaseCraftingResourceRequirements=((ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Fibers_C",BaseResourceRequirement=12.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemResource_Sparkpowder_C",BaseResourceRequirement=2.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false),(ResourceItemTypeString="PrimalItemConsumable_RawMeat_Fish_Child",BaseResourceRequirement=1.0,bCraftingRequireExactResourceType=false)))

But the in-game recipe only shows the fiber & sparkpowder as requirements to craft, no fish needed. Does anyone have a notion of why that is?

Just at a quick glance, try adding "_C" to the end of "PrimalItemConsumable_RawMeat_Fish_Child".
