Immersive Taming is working will all modded creatures, the only possible "issue" is that the accepted bait for custom creature will be by default (check the discussion about this, but accept bait craft from item it will normally eat once tame). So it is possible that some creature will not have any bait by default, just need to add them as admin or SP player with the taming diary config.
