ya know, i just now noticed that too. I mean, thats the corpus logo, but the colors do fit the color scheme of the master sword. Cyber-Link fashion frame anyone?

It's actually not the Corpus' emblem, but the emblem for the Luxor Nanocomposites Guild within the Corpus.
The Corpus' proper emblem is actually a pyramid crossed by two parallel bars. Which is shown in the game's codex and on the wiki.
Luxor stamps their seal onto everything they make, even before the purpose of the material is determined, whether it be for a wall panel, a proxy component, or a weapon. This is why you see their emblem literally everywhere, they build everything that the Corpus uses.
