I feel like it's worth saying that there is no "V" in Japanese
All "v" sounds in Japanese are replaced with "b"s. So "puvarizu" is not a possible word and would be translated as プバライズ (pubaraizu)

There is a "V" in Katakana, it's ヴ followed by a small vowel (ァ/ィ/ゥ/ェ/ォ).

プルヴァライザー (Puruvaraiza) would be my suggestion or just Puru-chan would also fit.
Although Armored Core has a Pulverizer mech unit and there it's written as パルヴァライザー (Paruvaraiza) so I'm not certain.

yep, there is absolutely a 'v' sound in Japanese, Vegeta from DBZ is a easy, prominent example going back to 1990.

the -chan suffix is often used in an affectionate, nick-name type capacity, something cutesy (like the skin) like paruvu-chan or pazu-chan would also work

Go right under his picture where the katakana and tell me how it's prnounced. Is it a V sound or a B sound? I'll give you a hint. It's not a V sound. Because Japanese doesn't have a V sound.
