A Question about the Res Publica.
So, is there any title higher than just King Tier Republic? If I try to form the Western Roman Empire, it changes me to Fuedal and I cannot participate in the Republic. Thus making me an Emperor, not a Consul.

If I were to remain the Roman Republic, would I be stuck with a King Tier title or is there anything higher I can strive for as a republic?
