I haven't experienced any issues as I've been testing everything. It is possible that it could be an internet issue as the images are high quality so there is quite a bit to load

I also get no locations loading Also some book cards are not loading either. WWW Image Error: 503 Service Unavailable for both.

This seems to be a common issue with Tabletop Simulator when using high quality images. The issue is that it has trouble chaching all of the images at once. There are 3 solutions to this problem, but none are that great. The first is to lower the quality of the images, but then playing the mod is a less desireable experience. The second is for me to share the images directly to chache them manually, but naturally I cannot do this for everyone. The third is the solution I would suggest. That is to connect to a good internet connection, load the mod completely, close the mod, repeat until everything is loaded. This will in theory chache more of the files each time, but the worse your connection, the more times you'll need to repeat it. Note that once you have successfully loaded everything, you will never need to repeat this process again on that compouter since everything will be chached.

I dug a little deeper and it seems to be a problem with where you are hosting the images. You can get them to load some of the time, but other times the steam cloud servers seem to be unavailable. If you were to host the images on something besides the steam server it would work 100% of the time I think.

I've often found that services such as Dropbox have similar if not often worse issues. Once you get the mod to work once on from the Steam cloud, all of the images will be chached and there will be no further issues.
