Firstly, I like weather effect mods. Fireworks, leaves, snow, sakura, you name it. They're simply the best kind of mod, like, ever. The only way I could have those effects with tuxedo fps hands, is by shoving tuxedo fps hands down everyone's throat. Even those who aren't using tuxedos.
Secondly. Just imagine the character you're playing as isn't wearing a tuxedo. Bam! Problem solved. :)
And thirdly, New years has come and gone, other mods need made. I welcome absolutely anyone to make fps hands for this mod, and with limited exception, I'll be glad to include it, update the mod, and list you as a contributor.
