The mod doing this is called TechBlock. It's intended. It locks technology above your tech level. You must research a certain amount of research projects before it lets you unlock the next level.

It's more strict than typical Rimworld, and that's intended. Lets you use all of your tech of industrial before you go into spacer. Makes everything way more important and immersive.

Can you click on a random industrial research and activate it? There should be one or two research projects that are "locking" you in. One should be 1 point since you've researched everything for medieval, and the other project should say "Industrial Understanding"

No i cant, i try to remove the mod but nothing change =(

Then I'm not sure. I don't have this problem. What other mods do you have?
