+Attacking snipers with this weapon breaks thier scope, making them unable to scope in for 5 seconds

only being able to resupply in the cabinet would make this very underused
but i like the other stats, it's a cool idea but when do you encounter a sniper at close range?

+On Hit: Enemy is dazed for around 1-3 seconds, Dazed enemies have less acuraccy and a shaky perspective.
+Can be picked up by fellow teamates and is put in a extra weapon slot. [Yes, other classes can pick this up, Slot 4 for classes like Soldier, Sniper, etc, Slot 5-6 for classes with 1-2 PDA's. Spy, Engineer, etc.]
+If you have thrown and hit a enemy Sniper, they cant scope for 5 seconds.
=You have 5 bricks to throw.
=Throwing bricks at spycrabs make you a main target for the Spycrab Scout. [joke stat]
-Due to how heavy these are, when held move speed is decreased by 15%
-Can also be picked up by enemy classes.
-30% less recharge rate. set to 15% upon a successful hit to 3-5 classes.
BONUS:

Sniper says an Jeers line and hits the enemy with a brick, If someone is hit a smack will come with it and an insta kill. If not a zooming melee sound will be heard.
Scout gets out his stock/worn bat, and uses the brick as a baseball. Brick is launched at where the crosshair is.
Soldier puts the brick in his Rocket Launcher with a bit of difficulty, then fires it. Like the scout, the brick is fired to where the crosshair was.
bash them in the head with it resulting in massive head trauma
Throwing the brick far away will result on a longer stun to enemies
stuns on hit
breaks on hit and needs to recharge
basically a caber for sniper
