One thing I would change
I would make the tips of the wings or those weird tube things in the center of the wings translucent. If you are unable that's fine. I just really want this skin ingame, so I'm trying to give you an edge over other skins to be positive it gets in.

i totally agree it would make them softer and prettier but i love this skin anyways

yes, omg yes. Titania is my favorite frame and those parts are the thing that imo doesn't go well with Titania's overall aestethics, but if somehow you make them translucent tho (like the phenomenal work you did on the butterflies), then it would look good, otherwise it will just be a missed opportunity.

He can't change the skin to much or DE declines it. seriously I love this skin and want it, and love everything about it, but because he removed the front tassels DE will deny it. they are stupid that way, even tho this looks 100000% better than their orgianl skin for titania v.v
