This mod has not been patched to work with Rise and Fall. It should still work if you disable R&F, as far as I am aware.

I do not have the R&F DLC. and it doesn't work anyway!

I cannot see the Civ in the drop list - to select from. I have downloaded 69mad's fix, but its irael is not showing up in the list of playable nations. It's also enable, what am I doing wrong?

You have to put the "Standard game rules"
