How to mod the mod
I've tried open the config file as text and editing the appropriate lines (changing the starting space stations, changing the tactical unit cap) and it causes the mod to crash instead of load. Does anyone know what is the correct way to do this? Since you can scrap your own stations, this is the only way you can get max production worlds for your starting planets.

You need to use a mega file editor like the one available at modtools.petrolution.net. Operation Skyhook is designed so that you don't have full-capacity production at all planets specifically to balance the map and provide faction flavour. If you do want to edit it though, use the tool I mentioned.

was there a particular reason you opted to use mega files? why couldnt it have been like pretty much every other mod on the workshop where we could adjust little things like unit caps and income easily via a notepad file? i like to adjust unit caps because nobody ever makes a decent cap. its always something like 30 or 40 for space. its never enough, since i like overwhelming force.

1) the mod has a 400 space tactical cap. 2) mega files are used so that the AI functions correctly
