Can I Mount this on a Platformed Dino like the Titanosaur?

Honestly I haven't checked, but the rule of thumb is that, if you can place a Tek Shield on it, you can put this on it.

if you juggle around back and forth with the diameter u get 50. and thats very huge area 200+ foundations. i suppose it has been designed to be max 10.is it ini configurable? if not max 10 is small. 20 would be better for 50 dinos in it.

I added the mod on my g-portal server and enabled it. Than I put the above mentioned lines into the gameusersettings.ini and set the tribe limit to 100. I saved that, restarted the server and logged on but I am not able to spawn a safe base, let alone craft one.
SafeBase is the first of 20 mods on the server that doesn't work properly.

Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? And how I can fix it?

Is full opacity solid black in appearance?

Is the shield actualy immune to damage, does it just have an insanely high health pool, or does it regenerate super fast. I am curious because I want to use this for some very 'heavy' stuff... ;)
