Well, the things they give in the Sourcemod are much more advanced code and scripts, and they are difficult to insert in the scripts or vscripts folder.

I'm usually not a programmer and I don't know much about Sourcemod and Vscripts. For that I recommend that you talk as much as possible with Rayman1103 who is the creator of the Admin System and leader of the TLS team.
