The same as in Campaign mode.

> You select the survival mode.
> You create a lobby.
> Local Server with friends, public or private.
> And voila.

If you have seen my guide on how to change the game mode, there you will understand how it works:

Simply to be an infected in campaign mode, realism and survival. Just put the versus mode, you put yourself in the infected team and then you put it back in the mode you are. And you put the !kill all command to start over.

An example:
  1. You create a game in campaign, realism or survival mode.
  2. Then you put the command !cvar mp_gamemode versus
  3. You press the M to switch sides.
  4. You return to the previous mode you were. In case you are in survival:
    !cvar mp_gamemode survival
  5. Kill all survivor bots with the command !kill all
  6. And voila, you would already be infected in other ways.

One thing is that you have to have these commands to be able to play as infected with only bots.
!cvar sb_all_bot_game 1 // It allows to continue in game for more than there is not a human player in survivors bots. !cvar allow_all_bot_survivor_team 1 // The bots will be able to advance alone without living humans. !cvar vs_max_team_switches 100 // It allows you to change equipment unlimited times for the value.

And in case you want to enter versus survival mode. The command for the mode is this:
!cvar mp_gamemode mutation15

Remember that this mode only works on survival mode maps.

Edit: something that I forget. When you enter as infected in campaign, realism or survival mode. You will not be able to enter ghost / respawn mode. Therefore you will have to do it manually using the commands of the admin system or my admin menu.
