Could this possibly be a Syringe Gun/Bonesaw replacement?
Would reduce damage and increase healing, or something idk

Or how about this, crazy idea. A cosmetic item like the poster intended, with no stats. Just like all the other cosmetics? Crazy idea I know.

Something very similar to the wee booties or the Bootlegger, but it can still just be a plain old cosmetic, was just an idea man geez

Fair enough however the wee booties are on a part of the body that does not have many cosmetics (the feet) while this is on the torso, an area with many cosmetics. I like the idea of the non-traditional medic weapon but the torso is not a good place to put it due to clipping issues with other cosmetics.

I mean ultimately its up to Valve but it's unlikely and it'd be really weird if they did given medics got 3 body armour cosmetics already that are just cosmetics.

Yeah but this stands out from the other 2 body armor those other 2 are more like vests this is a full-on chestplate.
