No, all the paint colors all over the place can get really annoying. I think it's nicer that it just adds a little color around the rim and changes some tints.

theres not really any point of using paint on it then, is there? its extremely unnoticable and it would be better if eith, the whole hat could be painted or just parts of it.

Sometimes it gets boring seeing ultra colourful/flashy hats, a discreet colour on the rim like some older hats is just fine and still noticeable.

While I do think this is a good idea, I think maybe you should be able to paint more than the rim, and then it would be perfect.
