I'm thinking a direct heal of 75 BUT 1- dmg over time due to it being chemicalized.

It would be cool if you could drop the spam and the ground, and if an enemy enemy eats it (walks over it) they bleed.

Well since rations were usually needed during WW2 and this looks like field rations from it, I'd say it be incredibly spoiled causing Most likely maybe a milk and jarate effect on drop and +damage cause of that great soviet pride. And on teamates im thinking if they pick it up its an aoe function where they do slightly more damage in an effected teamates area for a short time.:crate:

gives you an overheal of 650 when consumed at no matter what health like kunia but u loose it alot faster

but it causes permanant bleeding that starts after overheal with 5 sec recharge
bleeding also stacks and wont stop after eating the second ration
