If you have the map downloaded from the workshop, just do a lobby and invite your friends. They just play the workshop map.

Thank you, yes i have it already downloaded and tried it with bot, now i must learn hoy to create a "lobby"... is there a group where people often play to this map? or where i can join to another public lobby?

1. Invite them to your lobby. To do that, click on the sidebar, left of your screen on your friends, then on the letter icon.
2. Select "Workshop maps" or "Practice with bots"
3. Select the maps you want to play with them.
4. Click the go icon, if needed select the gamemode of the map.

Now the game will boot up the map and take your friends with them. You can play any map with them in this way.
Useful commands
bot_kick to kick the bots
sv_cheats 1 to be able to use all of the commands
exec gamemode_[insert gamemode like "competitive" or "deathmatch] to change gamemode
