CVPI does not appear in Zeus, whereas Tahoe spawns in just fine. By which I mean, CVPI doesn't show up in the vehicle list at all but the Tahoe does.

Alright I will look at it although I am not very familiar with zues and how it works but I will do my best

I have used it on my server and when turning the lightbar on only the driver can see it, seems to work localy only

The front license plate texture for the license plate mirrors to the front one, so I wanted to put the Alabama municipal plate in the back, but it's on the front of the car too mirrored.

when you reskin the car and repbo it it no longer works in game

i have had people reskin and repack the car no issues so no idea, make sure you are not renaming anything like the pbo or texture.
