I was wondering if you might chance the sticker on the flamethrower to te killcam picture for reflected arrows.
It just seemed a bit more fitting than a headshot, considering the fact that flamethrowers don't fire bullets (and rocket launchers don't launch arrows either, but that's a different subject), and the picture for this is already ingame, unlike a proper relected arrow headshot.
