All of it seems a better then vanilla, esp the armor

Rifle in my opinion needs a nerf on range. Bolt Rifle when starting out has like 38 and these guys are 55 plus seem really accurate.

I will be releasing a major balance patch today, as with feedback and personal thought i have come up with a balance solution.

As Power Armor was suppose to be the best armor available, I find that being able to get this armor (which is even more powerful) without having to research Power Armor first AND for less research requirements AND for less variety of materials makes this armor TRUMP Power Armor in every conceivable fashion. Why would anyone research Power Armor and take the time to make them available when they can just grab this armor off the rack?
