Hi! events/country_events_reg.txt doesn't set the gender of the leaders it creates, so they show up with random gender. You can see this in the tooltip pop-up when you mouse over the leader, it'll be wrong half the time. The way to set this in Stellaris events is kind of counter-intuitive, there's a set_is_female effect ( for male, yes for female) that you can add in the last_created_leader scope. I've put up a fixed version of events/country_events_reg.txt at https://pastebin.com/pecMTzAL which I've tested and seems to work.
Nice mod. By the way, Skaro should definitely be a Tomb World
