Probably, but you'll have to go into the xlm file to do so, that how I fixed the barnacles problem, I made the foil fertility reqitment ten million, and made there icon 0.1 size, and then cut the remaining away.

Would be better to just limit ice freezing to only shallow water (ie, leave anything chest deeper or deeper open); alternatively, would also be nice to change freeze temp for deeper water. Besides realism, my game slows WAAAAY down for when icing ♥♥♥♥ over, really annoying. Even when I reload, unlike when soil gets wet from rain...

Anyone who figures out how to fix this in xlm file would be much appreciated, but would prolly require more coding that the barnacles fix!
