Temporary Wetness Fix
I dove into TKKNTKKN's source and found the problem preventing pawns from drying. I uploaded an updated assembly to my github. You can download it there, and overwrite the old on in the mod assemblies folder.

This is a TEMPORARY fix until the mod author releases a new build, and will not be maintained. I make no assurances to warratablity whatever whatever, and I'm not going to help you install it if you can't figure out the workshop file path. It'll be taken down either when the author pushes a new build, or if the author asks me to pull it.

All you really need to do is turn wetness off when you start Rimworld. it's a pain doing it every time but it works.
