Is this still working?
I load map just fine but tanks never spawn. Do I have to do something else besides waiting?

I also have no Tanks spawning. There are just 3-4 Zombies ...

Just tested on a fresh install in a local server and Campaign and Survival worked with no issues, tanks spawning normally.
This could come from one of your addons or the server you were playing on.
