Having the character speaking no annoying lines of dialog [ADDON INCLUDED]
Soo far I really love the idea of a proper "single player" mode (The removal of the special infected is also really nice).

Altho, I have noticed that everytime you play alone and there are no bots (Or the bots are very far away from your position) the survivors keep calling for them and never put a damn socket up their mouths.

I have had this same issue even when I could remove the bots manually out of the game and it just annoys me to no end.... Im wondering now if it could be possible to make atleast a separate mod to completly silence those audio files and allow you to play alone with your ears left in peace.

I have never done VPK mods myself nor ever modified L4D aside from some minor scripts ...I suppose I may still have to do this alone, but any help or suggestions\comments would be apreciated.

Done the very first test of a small vpk I created that muted all of those annoying lines of dialog! :D

This test was done for Nick only but I am sure it could easly work with all of the others.

I still noticed that during the map (First map of Dead Centre) the character still spoke like there were others around him (But didnt initiate conversations. Thus he only said things like "This way! Over there! Into the elevator!")

If the author is interested or anyone else is I could post these on the workshop. Or hell, its something soo easy to be done even the author himself could include this fix in his own mod. But that is only my opinion.

Might give it a shot once I finish doing so for all survivors. Never did upload anything into the workshop before...

how about you install a silencer mod,I have amod that silences nick but Ii dont have link sorry,just search up "gordon freeman" and it will come up

For some insane reasoning... People continue to come back to this extremely old mod I made.

I guess it REALLY turned out to be a lot more usefull and apreciated than I could have ever immagined >.>
