Was it being contridicted by another mod?

Hmm... try messing around with the options, turn up your music volume to the max.

Try dissabling any other mod that may have to do with the sound of the consert. I couldn't use "Smile song tank" With the concert. And I know that two mods can overlap, and cancel eachother out. Just fiddle with the different mods, and if possible, dissable all but that one and make sure it's not just the concert that is at play here.

i test this morning (by me) because i dont want now to play Left 4 Dead 2 because i take this day the most time for skins/mods for TF2 and not all works in the game :/

Well, in this case, the exact thing happened to me, I couldn't hear anything. Well... I didn't know what to do eather, all you can really do is wait for an update of the game. That's what fixed my problem. I'm sure there is other fixes, but a new update fixed mine. Or maybe you can validate the files.

i hope so but i dont know why i reinstalling my Left 4 Dead 2 i didnt put it off my PC and this is realy creapy O.o

Same here. The add-on is great, but doesn't work on my computer.
