It is impossible, unless Klei in the future provides the client with health of mobs, which I don't believe they have any plans to do. Currently, the health information is provided to the server only.

因为不支持客户端，数据不同步，不放服务端就无法知道怪物血量。

Make a clientside mod that shows health of those entities, whose health info is available, like the player oneself, possibly the follower (Abitail at the very least) and so on. I don't know how much info it is, but better than nothing.
