When I try to choose one of it:

There are only '?' appear in the healthbar.
I've found that they are described as a simple text in the file that is located 'DST\mods\workshop-1207269058\scripts\prefabs\dychealthbar.lua'. The files encoding is UTF8. I've tried to change it to Unicode and it lead to impossibility to start a host. I've tried to change it to ANSI and some symbols disappeared (I'm not sure about a correct replacement for them).
I've tried next things:
-Changed all region settings (tabs: Formats, Location, Administrative) in OS to the default (English - United States)
-Changed startup compatibility to windows 7
-Changed default encoding for command-line tools
Everything was not helpful.
My OS is Win10 LTSB (I think the issue is connected with that), so it might be possible if someone came across with it. Or may be someone can give me an idea what to do more.
