Do you have CS:S installed? If it is installed, please type getpos in console and send the coordinates here.

There seems to be a invisible wall while walking up the stairs. You have to crouch to get in. That prop shows where it starts. http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1208166674

Place is located @ Vector(-3524.845703, -334.951416, 208.031250). Don't know if that helps.
