I think that many people, including me, would be interested in what exactly you mean by balanced, if you don't mind sharing. By that I mean if it's more suited towards slots or armor, mid or late game, etc. Other than that, I'd like to see it make it into the map. Both of your maps that I've played are amazing, so I'm confident that it will be at the very least good.

Stalker armor would be cool

Sure. By balanced I mean it is relative to the vanilla items, having some less beneficial stats, and some more beneficial, making it a little better than the best vanilla items, overall. As a reference;
Military Top (any camo)
Damage received to the Chest 0.9

Ural Mountains Stalker Top
Damage received to the Chest 0.85

The balance lies in the stalker armour having slightly fewer inv slots.

Stalker armor are for harsh places of the world (like the zone) for example make all the armor's from the game with their stats (if you want stalker armor) I suggest if you want to get some more information play STLAKER call fo chenobyl the news version (it each faction has diffrent gear, for what they do in the zone) and take the addon exnteded backpacks (adds a few more backpacks for diffrent factions)
