It would really be nice to know...because its just such a big map

i found one at north-west placement, NPC selling some guns and gear in the cave

one is by the hospital in the center of the large city located in the middle of the map, you cant miss it.

Update: found 2 NPCs in the way southeast of the map, in a cave by the frozen lake with all the really hard zombies in it, one sold some neat looking clothes that had a TON of space but were very pricey, and the other NPC just sat by a fire and just talked. Figured I should post here because these ones seemed especially hard to find and I thought people would appreciate it.

EDIT: found another in the same session I wrote this one! this guy was in a deadzone on the far east of the map, a mining facility just south of kholat. He's in the mine itself on top of an ice shelf that you access by heading to the back of the cave. He sold some pretty good stuff, like filters, low caliber ammo crates, and viper drums.

Found some voiced characters but all they do is scream/cry.
One in the cave near the quarry.
One in the castle dungeon.
One in the building near the URC.
There are also traders.
Alyona in the cathedral.
Red Guys in the docks.
Governor in the main city.
Usa soldier and something powerfull in the cave below frozen lake.
Anuther Usa boy in the URC he sells fun stuff.
Russian soldier in the caves in Kholat (sells filters !)
Guy in monastery exchanging money to exp and exp to money.
There are two npcs east ish of URC in a town that is marked on the map. One sells wood.
Npc north of the monastery in a cave sells weapons.
