https://i.imgur.com/olswMBX.jpg you can walk through the railing of this cart. I suggest removing one side of the railing if you want players to be able to get on it without a boost but add collision to the railing as it breaks immersion.

Currently from your list we've solved:

- Walking through the cart railings - Players can jump themselves up into the cart from the side with the ladder - As for collisions, we wont be adding them for gameplay reasons. (Nobody likes to lose a gunfight because of railing positions, same is standard in Valve maps.)
Thanks to your list, we will be able to fix more unseen issues and address your concerns on misleading players and seeing locations outside of the level, especially in the prop room (with the orange tarp.) We'll be sure to add these to the list of issues that need updating in a future patch!

Well these were the bugs that I ended up finding, after correcting these I take a better look at the map to find other bugs for you, continue with the excellent work.
There is a nodraw face visible at bombsite B. It's the trim on the side of the wall with the overlay "08". Here is a picture: https://imgur.com/j0uXwO7.
